The Namekagon Art and Music Fest will feature artists exhibiting their work and presentations and activities for kids, adults, and families.

Namekagon Art and Music Fest

The Namekagon Art and Music Fest this Saturday in Seeley, Wisconsin will feature not only a lot of artists exhibiting their work, but also presentations and activities for kids, adults, and families:

Music on our stage all day:

  • Jason Rabuck at 10:30 am
  • Wild Encounter at 12:00 pm
  • Yazmin at 1:30 pm
  • Namakagon String Band at 3 pm

Art booths representing jewelry, pottery, carving, painting, fiber art, etc.Literary Tent – Redbery Books of Cable coordinating

Poetry Jam with host Kristine Lendved, poetry competition for all ages. Pick up your words at noon, write until 1 pm and then read for the judges.  Winners announced at 2:30.

Dept of Natural Resources:  Rangers, River and forest education along with special guest, Smokey the Bear.

Kid’s Art Tent, hosted by Jackie Olson, an elementary art teacher providing opportunities for kids of all ages.

Tie-dye shirt booth – get a shirt and make it a beautiful multi-color in your own style.

Science guy, Al Stawicki, will be performing his magic for the kids and adults alike!  See him courtesy of Garmisch Inn and Resort.

The event will be held next to the Sawmill Saloon, halfway between Hayward and Cable on Highway 63, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Story of 360
