The Carnelian-Marine-St. Croix Watershed District is updating its 10-year Watershed Management Plan and is seeking input from stakeholders like you!

Our watershed management plan is a comprehensive guide to what projects and activities we’ll be implementing over a 10-year period. We want to hear what your priorities include, and we hope you will share with us!

A major part of the plan update is evaluating priority issues and goals. We would like to turn over the conversation to you, our stakeholders, to share and discuss your priorities with District staff.
