The St. Croix River Association in partnership with the National Park Service is looking for volunteers to help with an invasive species removal project on Saturday, April 21 from 8:00 am to noon, followed by lunch at noon. The meal is provided by the St. Croix River Association.

Volunteers will help native plants thrive by removing buckthorn and invasive honeysuckle at Lions Park in St. Croix Falls, WI.

Participants are encouraged to bring loppers, pruners, and gloves, though some equipment will be provided. Dress for the weather and getting dirty.

This project is open to anyone age 10 and up. All youth participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
