John Haack, UW-Extension Regional Natural Resource Educator, will discuss his thirty-four years of professional experience protecting the waters of the St. Croix basin.

 John has worked extensively in the areas of regulation, shoreland protection, marketing, education and voluntary incentive-based measures. He will discuss the water protection challenges he has faced over the years, along with the opportunities he sees moving forward.

The quarterly Water Resources Forums are designed to engage interested members and the public at large in discussions related to existing and emerging issues that impact the St. Croix Watershed. Ideas for future speakers are always welcome, as well as suggestions on ways to improve the overall series.
