Two videos made using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (drones) provide a nice tour of the start and finish of the St. Croix River.

The first one, by Jon Brostowitz, flies over the swamp near Solon Springs, Wis. where both the St. Croix and Bois Brule Rivers rise.

The second one, by Alex Dorner, features boating on Lake St. Croix, in the area around Hudson, Wis. 20 miles above its confluence with the Mississippi:

What beautiful waters.
