Watch: Drone video of recent Stillwater flooding

Aerial footage shows high water that forced the Lift Bridge to close temporarily.

The river is receding now (it passed below no-wake zone levels this morning), but on June 26th it was near its crest, the Stillwater bridge was closed, and the waters were lapping in Lowell Park.

That’s when Minneapolis drone photography company Rotor Republic captured the video below using an aerial drone.

The bridge is open again, but daytime lane closures will begin on Monday, July 14th.
